Many know that Ive been a strong active advocate for open government files on the UFO/ET
subject in the UK and USA. I have worked with Dr. Steven Greer and also Stephen Bassett
and many others in this pursuit.
Along with thousands of others I signed the petition to the Obama Administration to
acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence here on Earth. A great deal of evidence exists.
As we know, many governments have acknowledged this, some, like the Brazilian Government
have released hitherto secret files and video material of these craft and ETs.
US military officials who are credible enough to operate our military arsenal and who have
sworn statements that they too have seen the UFOs interfering with the operating systems of
those nuclear warheads, are now also dismissed as incredible.
United States allies including the United Kingdom concede some 5% of reports of UFOs are
likely credible reports and even possibly extraterrestrial, according to the former head of the
UFO project at the MOD, Nick Pope.
NASA are being funded billions of tax payers money to search for life out there but the Obama
white house say there is no credible reason to believe we are going to find them or not at
least here on Earth.
So why the continued nonsense, why the obvious lies? Read the email that I received this

planets. Such a planet would be located in the "Goldilocks" zone of a distant solar system—not
too hot and not too cold—and could potentially be habitable by life as we know it. The Kepler
mission is specifically designed to survey our region of the Milky Way galaxy to discover Earth-
sized, rocky planets in or near the habitable zone of the star (sun) they orbit.
• The Mars Science Laboratory, Curiosity, is an automobile-sized rover that NASA is
launching soon. The rover's onboard laboratory will study rocks, soils, and other geology in an
effort to detect the chemical building blocks of life (e.g., forms of carbon) on Mars and will
assess what the Martian environment was like in the past to see if it could have harbored life.
A last point: Many scientists and mathematicians have looked with a statistical mindset at the
question of whether life likely exists beyond Earth and have come to the conclusion that the
odds are pretty high that somewhere among the trillions and trillions of stars in the universe
there is a planet other than ours that is home to life.
Many have also noted, however, that the odds of us making contact with any of them—
especially any intelligent ones—are extremely small, given the distances involved.
But that's all statistics and speculation. The fact is we have no credible evidence of
extraterrestrial presence here on Earth.

Yesterday John Hutchison sent a pdf document out by email and posted it online as well,
called Pontus Briefing: Eyes Only, a pending Hollywood feature film about the government's
cover-up of extraterrestrials, billed as 'The most important story ever told'. [Link]
The documentary project is being headed by the colorful Gordon Novel, who I met a few years
ago during the Dan Burisch saga. Other notable names listed in the project include Jim Marrs,
Richard M. Dolan, Steven Greer, Harold Puthoff, Bruce Maccabee, Stanton Friedman.
The pdf pitches the film as follows:
POTUS Briefing -- Eyes Only™ is a total disclosure and demonstration of an evidentiary chain
that will be put before the President of the United States (POTUS) regarding UFOs, exo-
biological life forms, commerce with these life forms, UFO Technology, and the inherent
impact of such upon our world. The production also will propose solutions to the seemingly
intractable challenges of this new reality.
Here is their Mission Statement:
Our intention is nothing less than to save the world, in the entirety of that statement, free of
cliché. It is this project‘s goal to disclose the reality of the extraterrestrial relationship with our
species and to reveal the embargo of Alien Reproduction Vehicles (ARV) / Solar Warden
technology. This technology must be released for commercial use in order to provide limitless
and clean power for the world's utility and transport systems. We can do that by proving it
exists. We can disclose how it was reverse engineered, or replicated, from crashed UFOs and
we can demonstrate with HD-3D motion graphic animation how the ARV's electrical fields
function, as well as carefully examining the impact of the responsible release of such
technology.
I phoned Novel today to get an update on this project and ask him what he thought about its
being publicly posted by Hutchison. He seemed a bit put off by that, but didn't seem inclined to
try to get Hutchison to take it down, so I guess the "cat is out of the bag".
That "Classification - Umbra Red" was probably what spurred a really bizarre dream I had
early this morning. In the dream, I was being prepared for a briefing with the President of the
United States. We were in a large hanger in the entry to what I presume would be Air Force
One. There were around 100 soldiers standing in formation by the plane. But the questions
the offers with me at the entry to the craft were asking were ridiculous. They wanted me to
sign an NDA, and the procedures were silly. In the dream, I was wondering to myself how
much it would be costing the American taxpayers to have all those soldiers there and this
briefing; when they asked me for $23 dollars. I laughed, looking out at the excess of
expenditures, and wondered what they would do if I didn't have $23 in cash on me, which I did
happen to have. When they finally disclosed to me their "confidential information", it was
something I already knew, which is widely known in the alternative/awake community. They
just wanted a reason to be able to control me.
That dream did spook me a bit. I thought maybe it was a caution about not confronting the
huge bureaucracy of the outwardly backward, and black-op corrupted and super powerful, U.
S. Government. Hence my call to Novel to check before linking to the PDF. I had sent an email
and left a voice message with Steven Greer to get his input, but so far I've not heard back
from him.
Novel mentioned the documentary back in January 17, 2010 when he was on the Coast to
Coast AM radio show (Back Engineering ET Craft) with George Knapp. The description of that
show reads, in part:
George Knapp spoke with controversial operative Gordon Novel about his plans to replicate
an ET spacecraft-- the so-called Alien Reproduction Vehicle (ARV) that the US government is
alleged to have back-engineered from discs that crash landed in 1947. According to Novel, he
expropriated the government's ARV data to yield his own pending patent to construct a
working Replication ARV Machine (RAM), which makes use of antigravity technology that
could also be used to solve the energy crisis.

I received an e-mail on my website today ( www.ColinAndrews.net ) from Alan Newitt in
England, drawing to my attention a report of a silver disc darting across the sky as fast as
a falling star. It was witnessed by several people in and near the small village of Fleet in
the county of Dorset, England. The thing that made this so important was that it took place
on December 8, 1733. Read below.

disc fly overhead in broad daylight. Here is his eyewitness account:
“Something in the sky which appeared in the north but vanished from my sight, as it was
intercepted by trees, from my vision. I was standing in a valley. The weather was warm,
the sun shone brightly. On a sudden it re-appeared, darting in and out of my sight with an
amazing coruscation. The colour of this phenomenon was like burnished, or new washed
silver. It shot with speed like a star falling in the night. But it had a body much larger and a
train longer than any shooting star I have seen”
“Next day Mr EDGECOMBE informed me that he and another gentleman had seen this
strange phenomenon at the same time as I had. It was about 15 miles from where I saw it,
and steering a course from east to north”.

Berlin, Germany - The Administrative Court of Berlin has decided that the German
parliament, the Deutsche Bundestag, has to give access to a so far secret official report
compiled by the Scientific Research Service of the German parliament on demand
of delegates on the question on the government's knowledge and studies about UFOs
and extraterrestrial life. However, the parliament has already appealed against the
decision.
The right of access to official information under the German freedom of information act
(Informationsfreiheitsgesetz, IFG) also applies to studies and reports of the 'Scientific
Research Service of the Bundestag', the Berlin Administrative Court explained in its
decision announcement today (1 December, 2011).
Until the court hearing the Bundestag denied access to the paper by referring to the

parliament, the Deutsche Bundestag, has to give access to a so far secret official report
compiled by the Scientific Research Service of the German parliament on demand
of delegates on the question on the government's knowledge and studies about UFOs
and extraterrestrial life. However, the parliament has already appealed against the
decision.
The right of access to official information under the German freedom of information act
(Informationsfreiheitsgesetz, IFG) also applies to studies and reports of the 'Scientific
Research Service of the Bundestag', the Berlin Administrative Court explained in its
decision announcement today (1 December, 2011).
Until the court hearing the Bundestag denied access to the paper by referring to the
claim that the work and results of the "Scientific Research Service of the Bundestag" are
