The Torus was the latest mysterious pattern to appear on the Australia Bureau of Meteorology's
(BOM) national radar system in the past two years. My study so far has resulted in BOM placing an
official notice on their website informing visitors that they are trying to resolve this issue and that
they are receiving interferences of some kind. Also during my research into this these unexplained
images, it became apparent to me that following some of these interferences, dramatic changes in
the weather often took place. These were often severe and abrupt, changing dry arid land into
raging floods, as if someone was modifying the atmosphere and creating the changes. I asked
myself if we were witnessing the effects of large scale weather modifications carried out by agencies
and corporations contracted by various governments who are under growing pressures caused by
increased populations, failing economies and climate change?. In recent years thousands of
scientists have come together to tell us that the extreme climate changes are mainly man made and
that it is being driven by excessive amounts of Co2 released by us into the atmosphere. But how
can we be sure of which weather extremes are produced by climate change as a result of CO2 and
which is created by weather modification and atmospheric research by HAARP and other
government projects? The interference of our atmosphere by man one way or another is out of
control.

There are numerous weather modification projects being carried out around the world at this very
moment and without any oversight. Its not just in Wall Street that corporations are running riot
without adequate controls. Our air, water and weather are all on tap for them to make a buck or
wage modern war on an enemy without bombs and men in uniforms..
It is known for example that a company called Weather Modification Inc., carried out cloud seeding
on the instruction of Queensland Environmental Protection Agency. The project was undertaken by
an instrumented aircraft and crew during 2008 as part of an Feasibility Study for the Augmentation
of Rain & Air Chemistry Monitoring.
There are other cases which are not so well defined and might be much more sinister. Those involve
aircraft spraying what is known as chemtrails. Even senior government officials have spoken out
their concerns with that program
So what is going on today across Australia and many other countries?
This latest Torus pattern was no exception when it comes to sudden and extreme changes in
weather conditions. This mysterious pattern appeared on 22 November, 2011 at around 02.30
(UTC) on the south west coast of Western Australia. At that time two deep Low pressure systems
were approaching the continent from the south west, heading east north east. Shortly after the
Torus Burst the two lows linked and diverted to a more east south easterly direction. By Saturday
the 26, November this nasty depression caused large scale serious flash flooding in the south east
and Victoria. Several people lost their lives. The Torus appeared on Australia Weather Radar just
ahead of a series of weather systems which appeared manipulated before flooding rains hit the
country and lives were lost. The serious question must be asked: Is climate change at the center of
these bizarre weather events and even more unexplained radar images or are we experiencing the
effects of weather modification by government agencies or corporations? The evidence and the
answer IS out there to be had.
The data Ive seen does not categorically answer all the questions but what I know is that according
to the corporations involved, and government documents Ive witnessed, both big business and
governments are implicated directly in weather modification and atmospheric research and lets not
forget the military and HAARP as well.
The picture is very disturbing, even without resolving the Torus radar interference itself. This
research is on going and I would like to thank the many visitors to this website and to my research
friends and colleagues who have been so helpful with information gathering. If you have ideas or

| 26, November, 2011, a savage low pressure system(C) created severe flooding in the South East and Victoria and moving off the coast but in its trail are two more cloud streamers (A&B) which in appearance are suggestive of seeding, both are moving south eastwards from the same location as the earlier Torus. Weather modification has been ongoing for decades in the United States. It was perfected
during the Vietnam War leading to the ENMOD Treaty signed by the United States. However,
this has not stopped a whole host of weather modification programs and experiments being
initiated or are now ongoing in the U.S.
These exponentially growing programs have no government or public oversight, limited
oversight in a very few states which allow them, and no government or public oversight or
consent for the rest of them. These programs change the climate, the micro-climates
needed for watersheds, negatively impact tree health, and agriculture crop production.
NOAA lists some of these programs but most are not listed due to their experimental nature,
military classification, university experiments, and failures to notify NOAA by various states,
counties, cities, weather modification companies, and private individuals and corporations
who may all modifying your weather.
Your local weather forecasters either don't know or don't report ongoing experimental
weather modification program letting the public believe that the weather that they are
experiencing is unusual but normal. Climate change and global warming are blamed for
some weather events by meterologists. The Weather Channel and local newscasters, don't
report current and ongoing weather modification programs, even when they are taking place,
according to the National Weather Service (C-SPAN September 2, 2011).
U.S. Senate Bill S601 (introduced by Senator Kay Bail Hutchison-Texas), was not passed by
the U.S. Senate in 2010. Senator Hutchison has introduced a version of this bill each year
since 2005, and the public has lobbied successfully to stop passage. It is highly likely that
Senator Hutchison will again introduce a similar version of this bill in the Senate in 2011. This
bill allows anyone to mitigate or modify your weather without public notification, consent,
oversight or debate. This bill could also be added as an amendment to other legislation and
passed. The implication for agriculture, watersheds, water supplies, and who will receive the
benefits or the negative consequences are hidden from public view.
It is time for all of us to examine these experimental weather modification programs and who
is benefitting from them financially...who is suffering the consequences of these uncontrolled
programs...and how much is crop production in the United States is being reduced due to
these programs which may leave many ranchers and farmers without enough rainfall, water
supplies or with too much snow.
There are many questions and few answers due to the fact that few people in the United
States know about these programs and how extensive they are now. The information on
these programs is from the NOAA office in Maryland and we have listed these programs on
this website for the last several years below.
